I bought this for my son who graduated from College and had built up quite a tolerance to alcohol. Drinking had really become a huge part of his life. As he ethos next phase of life, he has wanted to break the cycle of drinking, then feeling hungover. It has been remarkable how it had virtually eliminated his his desire to drink. If he does drink, he is able to stop at 1 without the struggle. We even watched college football at a bar and his go to was water. The whole game… no temptation. I am forever thankful for this product. I have great hope that he continues the journey to alcohol free living..

Absolutely zero affect.

I actually like the spray more than the pills but both work well together. I wish you could buy the sprays in a bundle. They seem to go faster than the pills.

This has really helped me reduce my drinking alcohol. I have decreased my drinking by 50%, and the days I don't drink at all I don't have withdrawal symptoms like I used to. I am going continue using this product to continue reducing my alcohol intake to become healthier.

I’ve used Declinol a few times to reduce consumption, but I find that after stopping use I slip back into my old ways after a few months. I’ve decided to finally stop drinking for an entire year if not permanently. I’m just so tired of it being such a burden in my life.
